Hi there, I just have one question are you starting them on your own? I guess the only advice I have is to read, read, read. I had mine loc's started by a loctician so I really don't know anything about starting them except maybe to stay away from the beeswax & brown gel. Gel causes breakage & the beeswax well that stuff if just awful. I had a friend who had someone start his with the stuff & he switched loctician's. When the loctician washed his hair the beeswax clogged her drain up. LOL
